Services
Maid & Conceirge
We can organise one of our Cornish Maids to help with the housekeeping, dog walking, childcare for your guests, this would be at their cost but very reasonable charges from minimum of 2hr bookings.
We arrange a meet and greet to help with the unpacking of luggage on arrival, to provide house information to guests personally.
We can meet your shopping delivery and unpack this prior to your arrival during your changeover for guests.
We can also provide a hot family meal for your arrival, mid stay dinners or any celebration party catering you require. You buy the food and just pay per hour for the catering services.
All staff have a DBS check.
Our own childcare sitting service has an enhanced DBS check, first aid trained.
We work with Fluffy Treats & Eats, this is a fabulous fun hire service for candy floss, sweet & savoury crepes and waffles, to keep the children and big kids entertained.
Guest Services
Our dedicated team maintains close communication with guests, addressing their needs and enquiries promptly to ensure they have a seamless and enjoyable stay at your property.
We have a team of exceptional cleaners to complete all of your changeovers, mid stay cleans, deep cleans including carpet and upholstery cleans as necessary.
At changeover a full check will be completed by Manager to checklist property, health & safety issues, electrical checks, key checks.
We organise all of your laundry services required.
We provide inclusively a welcome pack for all stays. Please see Welcome Pack in menu for variations of packs and prices.
Guests or owners can contact us for emergencies 24/7 with our out of hours service.

Maintenance Management
We conduct regular weekly general inspections inclusively and necessary maintenance on your property by our own experienced maintenance technician. This ensures your property remains in pristine condition, providing a welcoming stay for every guest.
General maintenance will be always be quoted prior to works. This can be from a touch up of paint to full management of any building renovations that you require.
Emergency maintenance will be actioned immediately with our 24/7 cover.
Addition extras,
Outdoor window cleaning, pre-season deep cleans, chimney sweeping, gardening, pressure washing of decking/stone areas.
Waste disposal. Christmas decoration service. PAT testing, installation of fire detection equipment.
We do our own light gardening services and organise if necessary full lawn, hedges service regularly.
